How long after payment will I receive my server details?
Generally you will receive your server login details within a few minutes. If your order has been flagged by our security system for a manual security check this may take up to 24 hours.
Do you block any ports on the VPS?
As standard we do not block any ports on the servers, although if we receive abuse reports such as email spam we may place temporary blocks to protect our network and clients.
Can I add additional IP addresses to my server?
Yes, simply open a ticket with our friendly sales team advising the amount of IP addresses and what you intend to use them for and we will provide you a quote.
Will you assist with my migration?
Yes, we are happy to assist customers with migration to our services, we review each request on a case by case basis, there maybe a small charge depending on your needs, managed VPS include migration at no extra cost.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in Telehouse North 2 London, United Kingdom.
Can I change my operating system after activation?
Yes, you can choose from our large section of Linux operating systems and install this with just a few clicks.
Can I change my servers IP address?
We review each request for an IP address change on it’s own merit. If approve we allow one free IP change per server, if you require to change the IP address more than once there will be a small charge.
Do you backup my VPS?
Yes, we provide free offsite weekly backup of all VPS servers to our remote servers, we offer upgrades such as daily offsite backup if required. Contact our sales team to discuss your needs.
Will you install software for me?
Our Linux VPS servers are provided as unmanaged, this means generally we do not support third party software installation. We will gladly offer advice based support if required. We can provide one time server admin support tasks. Contact our sales team for a quote.
What happens if I use my bandwidth allowance?
Servers will be suspended if included bandwidth allowance is used. We will send alert emails when you are close to reaching your included allowance.
